BOOKING AFFLIATE

About the role

Hapas is expanding into the Thai market and is looking for a Thai Booking Affiliate who will be responsible for the initial setup phase (building the booking system with KOC/Creators/local partners, standardizing processes).

Key responsibilities

• Search, screen, and recruit suitable creators to produce KOC affiliate videos on TikTok
• Work directly with creators: negotiate product lists, commission rates, and collaboration terms
• Coordinate product preparation/content production
• Manage sample product delivery
• Provide content direction and creative suggestions
• Track deadlines to ensure timely content publication
• Monitor video performance: affiliate orders, GMV, conversion, etc.
• Identify and select suitable KOCs for livestreaming Hapas products
• Work with KOCs to set product deals for livestream and create exclusive livestream vouchers
• Coordinate livestream preparation and execution: send products, track item usage, manage returns after LIVE, set up Ads GMV Max LIVE, monitor livestream results and resolve live-related issues

About you

• Thai nationality. Born between 1997-2003
• Experience or understanding of KOC Affiliate Booking, preferably in retail/fashion/cosmetics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage KOC/KOL relationships
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks according to goals
• Proactive, fast-learning, motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English (required)
