Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer bookings, reservations, and inquiries professionally.

* Receive and process booking requests through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

* Provide customers with accurate information regarding schedules, availability, fares, and services.

* Maintain accurate booking records and update the booking system regularly.

* Coordinate with operations and relevant departments to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.

* Confirm, modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings as required.

* Handle customer complaints and resolve booking-related issues promptly.

* Prepare daily booking and sales reports.

* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

* Follow company policies, procedures, and booking guidelines.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.

* 1–2 years of experience in booking, reservations, customer service, or a similar role.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.

* Good command of English and Urdu.

* Customer-focused, organized, and responsible.

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
