Booking Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and process cargo bookings from walk-in customers, phone calls, and online inquiries.
• Prepare booking receipts, invoices, LR (Lorry Receipt), and other shipment documents.
• Verify shipment details, weight, packaging, and destination before booking.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse staff for cargo loading and dispatch.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Coordinate with delivery staff and drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of consignments.
• Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) and update delivery status in the system.
• Handle customer complaints related to booking, delays, damaged cargo, or delivery issues.
• Maintain daily booking, dispatch, and delivery records.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with other Falcon Cargo branches for smooth movement of cargo.
• Ensure proper handling of cash collections, booking charges, and delivery payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of booking documents and records.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform any additional operational duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
