404ClubNotFound is looking for a professional, organised, and personable VIP Bookings & Guest Relations Executive to work closely with the General Manager in supporting the day-to-day operation of the venue.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment, has excellent communication skills, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional service to VIP guests. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing bookings, maintaining relationships with promoters and clients, and ensuring all guest enquiries are handled professionally.

Schedule

• Primarily Friday and Saturday evenings
• One additional weekday may be required for bookings, planning, and administrative duties

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to support the smooth running of the venue
• Manage VIP table reservations and booking enquiries
• Maintain strong relationships with promoters, agencies, and regular clients
• Coordinate guest lists and VIP arrivals
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Assist with resolving operational and guest-related issues
• Monitor and update booking systems and reservation schedules
• Support the venue's sales efforts by maximising table bookings and customer retention
• Help maintain the highest standards of guest experience and service

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, bookings, guest relations, or customer service preferred
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused

Job Type: Permanent Part-Time
Location: On-site
Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays, plus occasional weekday support
