BOOKING CSR

The Booking CSR is primarily responsible for handling port-related transactions and coordination. This role focuses on managing port system requirements such as TABS booking, pre-advise processing, empty container stack runs, and other transactions directly connected to port operations and vessel movements. The position works closely with ports, terminals, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of port-related trips.

Key responsibilities

• Handle port transactions including TABS booking, truck pre-advises, and other terminal system requirements.
• Coordinate and submit requests for empty container stack runs and related port services.
• Communicate directly with ports, terminals, and yard operators regarding truck movements and requirements.
• Monitor gate pass validity, port cut-offs, and terminal schedules.
• Support port-related trips for imports, exports, repos, and empty returns.
• Provide timely internal updates to operations and dispatch teams regarding port status and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of port transactions and system confirmations.
• Ensure proper filing of port documents, screenshots, and transaction references.
• Escalate port-related issues such as slot unavailability, delays, or system downtime.
• Computer literate with experience in using online port systems and emails.
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas, filtering).
• Fast learner and able to navigate port and terminal systems quickly.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, especially with port personnel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
