What they need
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating online reservations from customers in multiple online channels (eg. Emails, Google Messages, Facebook, Instagram, Line Official, WhatsApp).
Coordinate with other departments at the store to ensure the correct reservations.
Respond to customer inquiries among online channels to provide information to the customers in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and potential booking.
Various tasks in this position are performed in English and Thai.
High proficiency in both languages is a must.
Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs.
Other tasks assigned.
Working Conditions:
Work Days : 6 Days/Week , Shift Work
Shift 1 : 9:00 - 18:00 (Work at Office; 208 Building, Wireless Road, Bangkok)
Shift 2 : 15:00 - 24:00 (Work from Home)
