Booking Sales Representative (Visayan Speaker)

This position will manage the end-to-end booking process, from initial inquiry to upselling add-ons and confirming job orders in the CRM . This person acts as the Level 1 point of contact for complaints, offering initial empathy before routing to the dedicated Customer Care Associate if unresolved.

• Sales Driven: Motivated by incentives and closing deals; distinct "hunter" mindset.
• Communicator: Excellent tone and clarity in written (chat) and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in general sales.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial cleaning, facility management, property management, or hospitality is highly preferred.

• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; completely fluent in English, Bisaya and Tagalog.

• Skills: Capable of using Microsoft Office and social media Platforms
