Bookings Consultant

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Bookings Consultant to join our growing team in Stellenbosch. In this client-facing role, you will help manage bookings and support our clients throughout the booking process.

This opportunity is suited to someone who is starting their career or has experience in a call centre, front desk or other client-facing role, and is eager to learn, contribute and grow with the company.

• Confident and professional when dealing with clients
• Able to work well in a sometimes fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Motivated to develop and grow with the company

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet at least one of the following criteria:

• A graduate with a CPUT diploma in Tourism Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or Events Management
• A TVET N6 qualification in a business, tourism or travel-related field
• Experience in a call centre, front desk or other client-facing role

Role Details

• Location: Stellenbosch. This is an on-site role and is not remote.
• Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00
• Some weekend work will be required
• Base salary: R7,000 per month before allowances and incentives
• Start date: 16 November 2026
