Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our company's financial integrity and supporting sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record financial transactions including sales, purchases, collections, payroll, inventory, and more.

• Maintain ledgers including depreciation, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and expenses.

• Generate monthly financial reports (PNL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements).

• Prepare and validate BIR reports (WHT-E, VAT Payable, etc.).

• Ensure timely submission of government reports and remittances.

• Maintain organized records of BIR files and tax accounts.

• Review financial summaries and ensure the correctness of entries.

• Assist in monitoring inventory-related transactions and ensure proper recording of cost-related items.

• Support the Accounting/Finance team in audits, compliance checks, and other related accounting

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management or any related field/course
• Strong experience in bookkeeping and general accounting.
• Knowledge of BIR regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and accounting software (e.g. quickbooks etc).
• High level of accuracy, data analysis, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• With at least 2 years of experience as bookkeeper
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital solutions for accounting, bookkeeping, data analysis, report preparation, and productivity improvement is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling financial records.
• Able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
