Bookkeeper

Link International Group Ltd. (“LiG Services”) is an accounting and consulting firm for businesses and individuals in the Cayman Islands. LiG Services has extensive experience working with many businesses in a variety of areas, including other accounting firms through our cross-referral network, to ultimately achieve all the objectives of their clients.

We are currently inviting experienced applicants to join our team for the position of Bookkeeper.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Accountant with the management of the day to day transactions of the company’s clients. It will also include processing accounts payables and receivables, performing reconciliations and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, compiling financial statement information and preparing amortization and depreciation schedules and other reports.

Minimum requirements:

• College degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in accounting
• Willing to work weekends and some late evenings
• With strong work ethics and ability to set and work with deadlines
• Strong organization skills
• Strong decision making skills
• Solid Math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Capable of working in a team environment as well as working individually
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer and related skills
• Willing to work Eastern Standard Time (-5 GMT Time Zone)
• Has the necessary infrastructure to work in a remote setting
• Must have back up power source in case of power outages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop and Online versions
• Fluent in speaking English
