Bookkeeper

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain our day-to-day financial records and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate has practical experience with accounting software—preferably QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise—and will handle key bookkeeping functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and keeping financial logs up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and record vendor invoices and client billings in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
• Perform routine bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Provide general bookkeeping and administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements

• Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise preferred) or equivalent bookkeeping software.
• Strong organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to manage daily tasks independently and meet set deadlines.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative finance role preferred.
