About the Role

Great Eastern Entertainment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, organize transactions, and assist with routine bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record and organize daily financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank and account statements.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices and routine financial reports.
• Monitor and organize accounting documentation.
• Assist with monthly bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company and financial information.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
