Bookkeeper

KTC ATL is a boutique marketing agency based in Atlanta, Georgia. We run project-based

work across strategy, creative, production, and media — which means our books are not

simple. We bill retainers and project fees, we pay contractors and vendors on behalf of

clients, we track costs against estimates, and we need to know profitability per client and per

project, not just at the company level.

We're looking for a bookkeeper who has done this before in an agency, studio, consultancy,

or other service-based business. If you have only worked with e-commerce or retail books,

this role will likely be a poor fit.

This is a long-term relationship, not a one-off engagement. We want someone who

becomes the person we trust with our numbers.

3+ years US full-charge bookkeeping 

Active QBO ProAdvisor Certification

Agency, studio, or consultancy experience (Accrual GAAP & Job Costing)
