What You'll Be Doing

• Record invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and adjustments connected with scheduling, order, transportation, and customer-service workflows.
• Reconcile bank, card, vendor, and customer activity and investigate differences before close.
• Maintain organized ledgers, supporting documents, and account schedules for recurring reporting.
• Prepare routine financial summaries, aging reports, and reconciliation notes for review.
• Coordinate with customers, crews, vendors, and operations teams to resolve missing documentation, coding questions, and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, audit requests, and record-retention requirements with accurate source documentation for One New Creation.

What You'll Bring

• Practical bookkeeping or accounting-support experience, or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of debits, credits, reconciliations, invoices, and basic financial controls.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and careful attention to transaction-level accuracy.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in One New Creation's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening.
