Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day project accounting, bookkeeping, and accounts payable processes, while ensuring accurate tracking of project expenses, supplier reconciliations, and tax compliance to support smooth site operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage bookkeeping functions to ensure the accurate and timely processing of cash vouchers and accounts payable.
• Verify and match supplier billings against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and Receiving Reports (RRs).
• Prepare and reconcile project expenses, including Operations & Maintenance (O&M) billings and equipment rentals.
• Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements against internal billing records.
• Process monthly input tax tracking and recording based on various official receipts and invoices.
• Prepare vouchers and adjusting entries for petty cash fund replenishments.
• Record, control, and liquidate cash disbursements as the primary custodian of the petty cash fund.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting files in a systematic manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ODOO, QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or construction-specific ERP).
• Knowledge of relevant tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned to the project site in Iloilo City
