BOOKKEEPER

Bookkeeper (Full-Time Remote)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our remote bookkeeping team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP and QUICKBOOKS ONLINE , Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets , along with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Record, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Work efficiently using QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP and QUICKBOOKS ONLINE.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize bookkeeping documents and records.
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding financial information and tasks.
• Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP and QUICKBOOKS ONLINE.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Previous professional bookkeeping experience is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Work Schedule

• Remote (Work from Home – Philippines)
• 30 hours per week (EST schedule)
