Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $48,000 – $72,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial recordkeeping. The role keeps the books accurate, the bank reconciled, and the business ready for monthly close — so leadership always has clean numbers to act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts on a weekly basis

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and bill payments

• Maintain organised digital records of receipts, invoices, and supporting documents

• Support monthly and quarterly close with accurate ledger entries

• Work with the controller on reporting, audit prep, and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in a bookkeeping or accounting support role

• Hands-on with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting platforms

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation discipline

• Familiarity with US GAAP basics is a plus

• Discretion when handling sensitive financial information
