Building their proven track record as business accountants in Perth they became early adopters of digital advances in tax, compliance, and cloud-based bookkeeping. They saw opportunities to pass these efficiencies onto their clients and offer exciting new accounting and business advisory services to help them achieve their financial goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY
  
As a bookkeeper your main duties and responsibilities include:
Weekly bookkeeping for multiple clients
Payroll management including potential indirect taxes (e.g. payroll tax) reporting
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in preparation of BAS & IAS - monthly & quarterly.
Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts (including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
Assist in processing of year-end adjustments.
Assisting the Accountants as and when required
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL NEED:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping
Ideally experience working in an Australian public practice firm or have dealt with multiple clients.
Excellent ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
High level of written and verbal communication essential
Good team player that can work with teams at all levels within the firm.
Highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism
