Bookkeeper

Daily & Weekly Accounting

• Record and reconcile daily sales reports
• Monitor cash deposits and ensure timely bank reconciliation
• Track daily expenses, petty cash usage, and operational costs

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices, ensure accuracy, and prepare payment schedules
• Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors and landlords
• Track receivables, if any, including rebates, refunds, or supplier credits

Inventory & Cost Monitoring

• Record inventory purchases and assist in monitoring food and beverage costs
• Coordinate with operations to flag variances in cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Maintain basic inventory and cost tracking reports per outlet

Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries and consolidated reports
• Assist management in monitoring sales performance, expenses, and profitability
• Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records for audit and review

Coordination & Controls

• Work closely with store managers to resolve discrepancies in sales or expenses
• Implement basic internal controls to reduce errors, losses, or inconsistencies
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in retail, QSR, or F&B
• Experience handling multiple branches or outlets is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory tracking
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting practices and government requirements
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; accounting software experience is a plus
