About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to provide high level bookkeeping support to clients as part of our Accounting and Business Advisory service.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Manage multiple bookkeeping jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of all business transactions.
• Be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable and payable system.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and management reports.
• Provide assistance with debtor control.
• Prepare BAS, PAYG and superannuation payments.
• Process Group payroll requirements.
• Utilise Xero and MYOB.
• Other administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

You will bring experience working in a similar Bookkeeping function, along with sound experience and knowledge of Payroll systems and leave reconciliation processes. You will demonstrate excellent personal judgment and integrity, well-developed organisational and time management skills and you’ll approach work with a positive, proactive and can-do attitude. have an outstanding ability to prioritise.
