Bookkeeper

Acting as an extension of client teams, Wrapped offers concierge Controller-level support without the cost of full-time senior finance hires. The company helps clients move from reactive financial operations to proactive, data-driven strategies that align with long-term vision and growth goals.

We're looking for a detail-driven bookkeeper to join our team in South Orange County. This role is in-person, working closely with our accounting team to keep client books accurate, current, and ready for review.

What you'll work on:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping records clean
• Support month-end close alongside our accounting team
• Work inside modern accounting tools including QuickBooks Online
• Flag discrepancies early and communicate them clearly, rather than letting them sit
• Help keep client files organized and audit-ready

What we're looking for:

• Some bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred — entry-level candidates with a strong foundation are welcome to apply
• Comfortable with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Organized, precise, and reliable with deadlines
• Able to work in person from our South Orange County location
• Clear communicator who takes ownership of their work

Compensation

$25–$25/hour
