Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage supplier and customer invoices accurately and professionally
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations using advanced financial systems
• Collaborate closely with the finance team and assist with ongoing department tasks

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 1+2
• At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping
• Strong Excel and Office skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach
• Fluent Hebrew – required for a fully Hebrew-speaking work environment (vendors, internal processes, meetings, and documentation)
• Full professional proficiency in English – for day-to-day tasks
