Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the monthly finances of numerous clients. You will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll, making deposits, accounts receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and producing month end reports in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial records, entering budgets, completing required tax forms, including sales tax, payroll taxes, and generating monthly reports for multiple companies.

Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years and has experience managing multiple companies at one time. Experience with non-profits and those licensed for lawful gambling is a plus! Communicate effectively with clients to receive information needed to close the month while maintaining exceptional customer service. The ability to prioritize deadlines and work with other team members to manage multiple accounts and/or projects. We are a tight knit team working in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time position for 30-40 hrs per week in the office Monday through Friday. Occasional remote work is available.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
