Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable. Your expertise in various accounting software and systems will help streamline financial processes, support budgeting efforts, and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization. Duties

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger using Sage accounting software .
• Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries to support management decision-making
• Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and revenue against forecasts

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• Proficiency in accounting software such as, Sage, or equivalent platforms
• Skilled in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), 10-key typing, and financial report writing
• Ability to perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation accurately
• Familiarity with payroll processing
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy
