Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, handle accounting transactions, prepare financial reports, review payroll computations, and assist with product costing and BIR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update the General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Review and verify payroll computations.
• Prepare and update product costing.
• Provide cost information to support pricing and operational decisions.
• Prepare monthly forecasts.
• Assist in the timely filing of BIR returns and other government-required reports.
• Monitor compliance with filing deadlines and coordinate with the accounting/tax consultant.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and documents.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) or Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting (BSMA).
• With relevant experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and product costing.
• Knowledge of BIR compliance and government-required reports is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Poblacion, Pulilan, Bulacan
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
