Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location: In-Office (Kenosha, WI)
Hours: 18–25 hours per week
Pay: $19.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Hansen's Pool & Spa is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. If you enjoy keeping financial records organized, working independently, and being part of a family-owned business, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an in-office position with a flexible schedule, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Processing invoices and payments
• Assisting with month-end bookkeeping tasks
• Filing and maintaining organized financial records
• Other bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Professional, trustworthy, and dependable
