Bookkeeper

Position Description: We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Excel skills to join our team! The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and financial records.

What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions

Record and reconcile financial transactions

Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records

Prepare invoices, payments, and financial reports

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end closing

Maintain organized financial records

Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis

Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills REQUIRED

Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficiency with accounting/bookkeeping software

Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year
