Botwinick & Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who can manage accounting and bookkeeping functions while delivering exceptional accuracy and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• General Ledger Maintenance
• Month-End Closing Procedures
• Preparation of 1099s

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and provide excellent client service
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) but not required
