What they need
This role will be handling the internal accounting functions for a business management/law firm. You will be responsible for handling all financial matters such as reconciliations, journal entries, ap/ar and assist with month end closings. The current Direct of Finance is looking to hand off many responsibilities to this new hire which needs to be proficient with QuickBooks. The position will be in-office in a family oriented successful professional firm. The company has a NYC and LA office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
