Bookkeeper

Requirements – Experienced Bookkeeper (Excel‑Focused)

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

·      Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections

·      Working knowledge of payroll processing , payroll taxes, and employee benefits administration

·      Experience performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

·       Credit card transaction entry and reconciliation , including:

o  Downloading credit card activity into Excel

o  Reviewing, categorizing, and reconciling transactions

o  Uploading or importing finalized data into the accounting system

·      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation schedules

·      Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work well with others.

·      Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet reporting deadlines

·      Assistance with answering phone calls when needed.
