Bookkeeper

Aeronics Incorporated is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
• With bookkeeping or accounting experience; 1–2 years of experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar
• Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned at our Quezon City office

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial and accounting records
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions
• Prepare and organize accounting documents and reports
• Assist in recording and monitoring company expenses and payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
