Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve them promptly
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review
• Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and revenue against forecasts

Requirements

• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
• Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
• Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation with precision
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams or external vendors
• Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis is highly desirable
