Location: Tampines North
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to assist with the company's day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
• Record daily transactions and perform data entry
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts and payment records
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist with bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Assist with monthly closing and GST-related documentation
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments when required
• Provide administrative support for accounting-related matters
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts is preferred

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Organised, responsible and able to work independently

• Preferably residing in or around Tampines, Ubi or Bedok

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
