Bookkeeper

Overview
We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper to manage our clients financial records with precision and professionalism. The successful candidate will perform a variety of bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with financial principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Manage general ledger duties and maintain accurate account balances
• Process payroll functions, including payroll tax deposits and sales tax payments
• Prepare and file sales tax reports in a timely manner
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; or 3 years of equivalent bookkeeping experience
• Strong mathematical skills with a keen ability to identify and correct errors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
• Knowledge of finance accounts, payroll taxes, sales taxes, and related principles and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
