Bookkeeper

Job Summary

GM Holdings, LLC manages residential and commercial rental properties in Philadelphia. We’re seeking an experienced property management bookkeeper to maintain accurate records across multiple properties. We’re looking for a dependable person who wants to grow with the company long term.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize rent payments, property expenses, and other transactions
• Track vendor invoices, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records by property using AppFolio and QuickBooks
• Investigate discrepancies and follow through on corrections
• Prepare financial reports and provide updates to management
• Work with the property management team to keep records organized and current

Qualifications

• Prior bookkeeping experience in property management required
• Experience with AppFolio preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Ability to manage financial records for multiple properties
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to be a long-term part of GM Holdings as the company grows.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
