Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, etc.)
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Assist management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with government requirements (BIR filings, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course
• At least 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting (restaurant or F&B industry is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Excel / accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, honest, and with high integrity
