Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On-site)

Position Type: Permanent, Direct Hire

Pay: $60-65K

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities for multiple entities within the organization
• Maintain accurate general ledgers, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, cash applications, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and internal accounting reports across multiple entities
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations between entities
• Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Maintain organized accounting records and support audit and tax preparation as needed
• Utilize accounting software and Excel to analyze financial information and improve accounting processes

Qualifications

• Oil & gas industry experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping required
