Bookkeeper

Requirements and Experience:

• BIR and Government Payables:
  • Encoding and preparation of SSS, PHIC & HDMF Contributions;
  • Online filing of SSS and PHIC;
  • Preparation of monthly remittances forms;
  • Filing of paid contributions to corresponding file folders.
• Bookkeeping and Audit Reports:
  • Encoding of check voucher expenses and receipts;
  • Proper filing of check vouchers and expenses;
  • Preparation of income taxes withheld from employees.
• Man-hour Computation:
  • Computation of hours worked per architect per project;
  • Filing of log sheets and collecting from employees.
• Billing and Collection:
  • Posting of payments to Billing Invoices and Summary of Billings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or of any related course;
• Experience in architectural office management is an advantage;
• Knowledgeable of standard office administrative practices and procedures;
• Interested applicants must be well versed in MS Office and highly organized;
• Must have strong initiative skills and can work with minimal supervision;
• Must have a strong inter-personal and communication skills;
