Bookkeeper

About the role:

Provide end-to-end remote bookkeeping, payroll, client management, and training for assigned clients using Marlin POS software.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Manage paperwork, process invoices/payments, reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, supplier accounts, and customer statements, verify BAS reports, and monitor GL periods.
• Payroll: Handle complete payroll cycles—set up payruns, process employee details, issue pay advices, generate wages and superannuation files, manage GL reconciliations, and execute end-of-year close-offs.
• Client Management: Maintain client relationships, track reporting deadlines, request necessary financial info, and escalate unresolved issues to product managers.
• Process Improvement & Training: Suggest workflow optimizations, participate in team roadmap reviews, and provide software/back-office training to new hires, other internal teams, and clients.
• Administration: Record weekly timesheets, attend team meetings, and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers.

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
