WE'RE HIRING: Bookkeeper - Finance & Accounting
Location: Malaya St. corner Banawe St., Quezon City
Schedule: Full-time | On-site
Do you love clean books and balanced ledgers? We''re looking for a Bookkeeper to handle our day-to-day financial records and keep every peso properly accounted for.
What You''ll Be Doing:
- Post daily transactions to the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers and supporting documents
- Reconcile bank accounts, receivables and payables every month
- Keep the books of accounts complete and ready for review
- Support the finance team with month-end closing and reports
Who We''re Looking For:
- BS Accountancy graduate (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Solid understanding of debits, credits and the accounting cycle
- Good Excel skills; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented, honest and organized
