Responsibilities

• Maintain sales, purchase and nominal ledgers.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions, receipts and payments.
• Process supplier invoices and customer accounts.
• Prepare bank and control account reconciliations.
• Maintain CIS, VAT and subcontractor financial records.
• Monitor project costs and prepare basic financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records for year-end accounts and compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in accounting, finance or bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and double-entry principles.
• Experience with reconciliations, ledgers and financial records.
• Good Excel and accounting software skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidential financial information.
