Bookkeeper

We are looking for someone with prior experience working in an automotive dealership to handle:

• Post vehicle sales and lease deals accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounting schedules and balance sheet accounts.
• Calculate and process sales and finance commissions.
• Post monthly financial reserves
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Work closely with management, sales, and finance departments.
• Support daily operations of the accounting office.

Requirements:

• Previous auto dealership office experience required
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
