What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll support and tracking labor costs
• Customer invoicing and collections
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing reports for management
• Working with our CPA and outside professionals
• Keeping us compliant, organized, and informed
• Helping management make good financial decisions (or at least slowing down the bad ones)

What We're Looking For Required:

• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Bonus Points:

• Construction industry experience
• Job costing experience
• The confidence to tell company owners "No"

Schedule

• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Up to 40 hours available
• Flexible scheduling
• Work hours can be adjusted around family or personal commitments
• This is an in-office position in Ogden, Utah
• Sorry, this is not a work-from-home position
