Bookkeeper

VerdeTech Environmental Services Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, assist with accounting transactions, and support the company's day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and other business transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
• Verify invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile cash transactions, bank statements, and accounting records.
• Maintain organized and updated accounting files and documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation and other administrative accounting tasks, as needed.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Administration team regarding financial records and reports.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related course.
• With experience in bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may also apply.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work onsite in Punturin, Valenzuela City and preferred "FEMALE" applicants only
