About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and manage bookkeeping activities for multiple restaurant outlets in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, purchases, and payments in System.
• Reconcile daily sales reports from POS systems with cash, bank, QRIS, card payments, and delivery-platform settlements.
• Process supplier invoices and maintain accounts payable records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for individual outlets.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using accounting system.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple outlets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, cafes, or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Familiarity with POS reconciliation, food costs, and inventory-related transactions.
• Experience preparing outlet-level P&L reports.
