What they need
About Us:
Aermotive buys commercial aircraft, tears them down, repairs the parts, and sells them to operators, repair shops, and brokers. We’re a small, growing team, and we’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper to help keep our books clean and current.
Schedule: 20 hours per week. You’ll work remotely most of the time and come into our Mesa office one day a week for about 4 hours.
What you’ll do:
- Reconcile company credit cards
- Post vendor invoices
- Apply incoming customer payments
- Email customers to follow up on past-due payments
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on your own with clear, professional communication
Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mesa, AZ
