We are a local interior design and custom art firm looking for a San Diego-based Bookkeeper who is proficient in QuickBooks, this job may evolve into additional administrative services.
Duties
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify account accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports including income statements
- Assist in job costing and interface with current CPA.
- Manage excel documents to show receivables, payables and forecasting.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
