Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and payroll. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent technical accounting skills, deal with confidential information and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:  
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records  
- Prepare and record journal entries  
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations  
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions  
- Generate financial reports and statements  
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies  
- Provide support during audits -Run payroll for the company

Skills:  
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles  
- Proficiency in technical accounting procedures  
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks  
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations  
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)  
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy  
- Strong organizational and time management skills  
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills -Experience with payroll processing
