Are you an experienced finance professional proficient in QuickBooks?
SmartPro Connect is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on-site in Mexico City!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable: Review, enter, and process company bills in QuickBooks.
Financial Data Entry: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial and bookkeeping records. Reconciliation: Assist with daily bookkeeping workflows and financial tracking.
REQUIREMENTS:
QuickBooks Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
Bilingual English: Confident written and spoken communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: High accuracy, strong organization, and numerical skills.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CDMX
Location: On-Site (Niza 77, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX)
Sueldo: A partir de $16,500.00 al mes
