Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
This is an in-person, onsite position

As a growing property management company, we have built a portfolio of thoughtfully renovated multifamily communities, single-family homes, and newly developed communities that provide a wide range of options for residents to call home.

Our corporate office houses accounting, operations leadership, and human resources. While we are a small office (20 employees), we are mighty! Our team of bookkeepers each manages a portfolio of multifamily properties and works closely with the property managers and operations team to oversee and manage the financials.

Duties and responsibilities

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Check runs
• End-of-month reports and reviews
• Collections (commission paid on collections)
• Supports and assists the property manager in managing the financial facets of the property
• Works with a team of bookkeepers for ad hoc accounting projects

Qualifications/experience required

• High school degree or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Ability to perform independently, in a changing and multi-tasking environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills including attention to details
• High level of analytical and quantitative skills
• Yardi Voyager experience a PLUS!
• Must pass a background check and drug test, including marijuana.
